Leaf Art

Out for a walk yesterday with my sister and our two dogs and we couldn't help but notice how all the trees are changing. Everything is getting so pretty ( : I mean every season has it's own unique beauty but it's FALL right now! It's weird but whenever fall comes around I all of a sudden want to change my favorite colors to oranges and reds and yellows but of course I don't cuz that'd be bonkers (hehe bonkers). But seriously it's awesome looking lately so here's a little tribute to fall (:

Marion Rose - Acrylic Paintings

I stumbled upon this art while searching for some rabbit paintings for a future post. I love finding beautiful things by accident!

What can I say? I am in love with her style. It's bold, it's colorful, it's beautiful. What more can you ask for from an artist? The artist name is Marion Rose. Unfortunately she passed away last year.I am thankful to her Husband (Mr.Garry) for allowing me to have her artwork on display here on my blog. Thank you and thank you Miss Marion for sharing your art with the world.

Also check out her website at marionrose.com not only see more of her colorful art but also if you are interested in purchasing any of it.

Lone Raven by Marion Rose with her very kind permission: www.MarionRose.com
The red, purple, greens, and blues on this crow are outstandingly beautiful.
I love his mane and tail they look as if they are blowing with wind and he's so handsome looking!
This one is called a forest rabbit he's the first little guy I met that belongs to Miss Marion. The paint makes him look somewhat furry like a real rabbit and the colors add an element of interest that you just don't see on your average rabbit portrait.
Aww he's so cute (^.^) He looks like he's smiling.
Check out this rooster with his "coat of many colors" and I really love the background it's so pretty.

I love how everything upfront is cool while the background is warm

This is a gorgeous painting. The bear and birds give the painting life but it really is beautiful by itself the minty green and soft browns, grays, and I see a little violet in there is stunning. Combined with the rich and red backdrop wow!
majestic-monarch
Doesn't he look dignified?
A white horse with a little green, yellow, blue, and violet. He's beautiful with his cute little ears stuck up.
I think that cows are so cute (even if they do slobber a lot) His nose is very well painted and the eyes are big and attractive with a pretty red slash to add interest.
sheep-sense
Ah look at those pretty brown eyes! This sheep looks as if he's thinker like he's looking right at you. Say "hi" ( :

Apples ( :

Painting an apple is simple well a little more common but I love green apples and I think that this painting is beautiful. I want it! It has pretty shading and it looks very real, the greens are pretty.
This little guy is super cute to me I love how the carving instrument is in his teeth like some artist hold their paintbrushes.
If you ever wanted to eat the WHOLE world, now is your chance.
A Steve Jobs tribute made from real apples very awesome.
Another Steve Jobs tribute but this one is made from considerably fewer apples and Steve's got an awesomely noticeable beard. The artist's name is Tom Ganfry.

An edible apple duck . It just doesn't get better than that.
